Location: Eastminster Presbyterian Church, Indialantic
This is a two-in-one fair where students can share what they're curious about. Both areas use the same format: each presenter sets up a tri-fold display board at their own table and shares their work with visitors.
Host a Business or Organization Table
We also welcome local businesses, educational programs, artisans, service providers, and community organizations interested in introducing themselves to homeschool families. Hosting a table is a wonderful opportunity to share what you offer, connect with families, and help students discover new interests, resources, and opportunities.
Whether you offer educational services, enrichment classes, hands-on activities, products, or community resources, we’d love to hear from you!
Please note: All businesses and organizations must receive prior approval from Multitudes Collective before hosting a table, distributing promotional materials, or advertising at The Discovery Fair. This helps us ensure that participating exhibitors align with the event’s educational purpose and our commitment to creating a welcoming, family-friendly environment. Please contact us to express your interest and receive approval before making plans to exhibit or advertise.
A Note About Participation Fees
There will be a participation fee for student presenters and approved business or organization exhibitors. These fees are intended solely to help offset the costs of hosting the event, including venue expenses and event supplies. Our goal is to keep the fair accessible and community-centered, not to make a profit.
